We are nation of immigrants. Some came here forgetingly, close to un provideingly. Nonetheless, we are immigrants, or the descendants of immigrants, one, and all. Even the natives came from somewhere else, originally. All of the plurality who come to this country come for freedom, or for some product of that extraordinary, illusive condition. That is what we offer herefreedom and opportunity in a belt down of relative plenty. (Middletown Journal 2005) We have created the land of free. Nonetheless, there have been a number of immigration Acts in the join States. The first one was the naturalization act of 1790. Then the in-migration act of 1965 passed, and immigration restrictions applied to Mexican Immigrants for the first time. Nearly 30 years later in 1986, the immigration Reform and Control Act was, created which granted amnesty to immigrants that had lived in the United States before 1982. Nevertheless, this later act made it a crime for employers to contain und ocumented immigrant workers. In order to create a successful immigration Reform Policy, the government has to consider several socioeconomic areas including border control, worker programs, education, and the economy. All the elements of this problem must be addressed together (Bush 2006) Who is autocratic our borders? We must ascertain our borders to prevent illegal crossing. The United States recognizes illegal immigration, has been an figure for decades. Creating a successful Immigration reform policy will hang illegal crossings. In addition, implementing more experienced Border control officers will decrease the use of military personnel. In addition, allowing military personnel to secure our Nation not just the Mexican borders.
