Molecular basis of aging in relation to fertility Essay

Molecular basis of aging in relation to fertility - Essay Example age is defined as a progressive, time-dependent deterioration of an organisms capacity to respond to environmental changes, which eventuall(a)y makes it susceptible to death (Allen and Balin 4). It is a widely-accepted idea that aging is a natural swear out that occurs in all living organisms. Since the process of aging most likely would be affecting an organisms boilers suit body functions, it would in addition greatly affect its capacity to reproduce, eventually leading to a decrease or the loss of fertility of the said organism (Liu and Case 1169). At present, there are numerous golf links between chromosomal and desoxyribonucleic acid damage not just to the aging process of an organism just now also on fertility. A females capacity to c erstive and give birth, or a males capability to contribute in conceiving a child is called fertility (Masoro 161). In coif to proliferate the species tumefy into numerous an d succeeding generations, organisms must be able to produce as a great deal offspring as possible that are able to adapt to the current environment that they live on. For that to happen, the process called natural selection takes place (Torday and Rehan 12). Also, the energy that flows within the organism is appropriated in such a instruction that during the process of reproduction, most of the energy from the consumption of food is distributed to the bodys reproductive systems, mostly to the rapidly-dividing cells called the gametes. However, once the organism starts the process of aging, the energy being exerted for reproduction is reduced and more focus is given to the tutelage of the organisms body, especially when there is the presence of a rapid breakdown of cells as well as the decline of cell-to-cell communication within the systems and organs (13). Not only is the production of cells affected by aging, but also the process of deoxyribonucleic acid replication and repair as well. Due to the proliferation of damaged DNA especially in the sex cells of the organism, it would eventually contribute to the creation of deformed or dysfunctional oocytes or spermatozoa that would eventually be the cause of the loss of reproductive capability or sterility among aging organisms (Sikka 78). Among with child(predicate) women, the imbalance of antioxidants and pro-oxidants may result to oxidative stress due to reactive oxygen species (ROS), which could affect DNA production when in excess, or affect cell-signaling pathways when deficient (Dupont, Cordier and Junien 25). Also, due to the age-associated decline of female fertility pot be attributed to the abnormalities found in the oocytes themselves. Due to the abnormalities in the folding of the DNA and eventually, the abnormalities in the alignment of the chromosomes during pupillary reflex and diakinesis which can be attributed to the mutations in the microtubules, preimplantation of embryos or aneuploidy in the fertilized egg may cause spontaneous abortions among fourth-year pregnant females (The Practice Committee of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (PCASRM) 248). Male fertility is also greatly affected by ROS, wherein the spermatozoa membranes would be highly-susceptible to oxygen damage due to the peroxidation of lipid membranes, damaging the sperm and rendering them incapable of fertilizing the ovum (Sikka 78). Also, the presence of errors in the DNA called nicks could also contribute to male infertility due to loosely-packed DNA and chromatin disorganization (Sakkas, Urner and Bizzaro 11). These nicks may be attributed to age-induced DNA

Where Should We Look to Find the Causes of Educational Inequalities Essay Example for Free

Where Should We Look to Find the Causes of Educational Inequalities EssayIn this essay, I forget be attempting to explain where I take the causes of learningal inequality lie. I will be focusing on 3 of the reasons that I believe there argon much(prenominal) deep rooted inequalities in the nurture system. I believe that sexuality, ethnicity and class encounter the biggest concern on inequality in education. These are the caters which I will be discussing. The statistics are daunting, as Asthana, A (2010) states boys are f eithering behind girls in 11 come out of the closet of 13 learning categories by the age of five and Caribbean pupils are three times more in on the whole probability to be excluded than either other ethnic group. I have chosen to focus on gender, ethnicity and sociable class in my essay, though these are by no means the just problems within the education system. I will start by discussing gender and educational inequality. Gender inequalities i n education The impact on child attainment Women have always been allowed spurtal education, though formal education for all children has only been an ideal since about the mid-19th century. in that location were always a large proportion of people of twain sexes who could not read or write, and many for whom formal education never went beyond basic information and writing and simple arithmetic.Practical skills were more important for most people. Girls in ancient Greece and Rome for example, were educated, it was frequent for women to be able to read and write, though most would not have had the same degree of education as boys. For girls, learning the practical skills to run a household would have been the most important soften of their education. But rough women did manage to make their mark as writers Sapphos poetry was admired more than any other poet in ancient Greece except for Homer.Girls were often educated at home, though in chivalric times for instance there were civilises that educated children of both sexes. And upper-class girls sometimes went as boarders to nunneries. Among the upper classes it was popular for girls to be more literate than boys, because reading and writing were usually regarded as effeminate pursuits, a boys comme il faut occupation was warfare. Grammar take aims were normally only for boys, and in England, universities were open only to male students, though the proportion of boys who went there was tiny compared to the number who go today.Education for girls was of a fairly low standard during the 17th and eighteenth centuries, but from the early 19th century in America, and the mid-19th century in the UK, it was increasingly the case that all children were expected to attend school. Although boys and girls went to the same schools, they were not in the same classes and certainly were not taught the same subjects. Girls learnt subjects such as embroidery, needlework, music and writing as it was thought more impor tant for them to study accomplishments rather than donnish subjects.Although a divvy up has changed regarding the differences between boys and girls education, there are still some issues that concerns us the gender cattle farm for example. The gender gap is the difference in attainment with boys and girls. In recent years, there has been a lot of worrying about the growing gap in attainment between boys and girls. By the age of 5, 53% of boys had reached the expected writing level compared with 72% of girls. They then underachieve at GCSE and not as many go on to university. Even once there, they are less likely to achieve a 21 or a first (Asthana, A 2010).Some contribute boys lower attainment to the ever-changing notions of masculinity and differing attitudes to schoolwork. As Renold, E (2001) stated, many boys learnt the hard way early in their school careers that studiousness and pedantic success conflict with conventional forms of hegemonic masculinity. Renold (2001) then g oes on to argue that as a result of the at odds(p) masculinities produced by the school, the boys invented an array of strategies and techniques to avoid what were perceived as non-masculine/ or feminine classroom behaviours and to disguise both their desire for and the achievement of, academic success. As Connell (1996, cited in Renold, E 2001) claims, when he discusses gender strategies for schools, actual patterns of gender relation can only be altered or changed by paying close caution to the dynamics of masculinity, especially the means by which alternative masculinities are construed (peer support/ collectivity) and resisted (gender and sexualised bullying). Another issue is, of course the same sex school debate. I believe that Co-educational schools are better for children as it teaches them things that are not on the curriculum. It teaches kids maturity with members of the opposite sex.We can logically conclude that members from a coeducational school are generally more un derstanding of their opposing sex than those who are in a single-sex school. This doesnt apply to students who have no siblings or are in relationships. It applies to the vast major(ip)ity of students with any form of schooling. A sibling only has one temperament, a girlfriend or a boyfriend only possess one personality. One must be able to understand and cope with members with different personality types to be counted as mature. Also, in a co-ed school, pupils form more respective(a) relationships.More diverse friendship types would supposedly expand to a bigger and better fond life, which is important to have for school students as they progress in life. The logic behind this reasoning is that once you are in the on the job(p) force, you must be able to deal with anyone that you work with, work for and assign work to. In the historical world, we are not separated from the opposite sex so why are we separated in schools? Ethnicity and Inequality in education Ethnicity and ine quality of education has always been, in my opinion, a delicate subject. at that places always the possibility of appearing racist or as though discriminating in some way.Rob Meyers (1994) when talking of educational inequality states with the passing of slavery, equality of education was one of the rights at once held back that was now for low people to take advantage of. With this equal starting ground, social consolidation would be a realizable dream. Yet after over 120 years, equality of education had been denied to swart children, thus preventing them from the amount of financial success white children have in life after school. through with(predicate) benign neglect and the goal of some to find a genetic link to race and intelligence, Black students have been railroaded into low end jobs and inescapable poverty. As Bowles and Gintis have stated, the purpose of education is to preserve the existing class structure. Since the abolition of slavery, racist whites have used the educational system to keep their thrones and to keep sears poor. Ideas of minority inferiority are spread, and the misinformed fall into the trap of believing that race determines intelligence, using skewed test info to help support their ideas. Although Im sure Meyers work has some implications of truth, I dont believe that this is all about racism and it certainly isnt all about black children. There are ethnic minorities from all over the globe who experience educational inequality and discrimination. For example, while some ethnicities like Caribbean boys receive negative discrimination I. e. teachers thinking that they wont perform to as high school a standard as the other children, thus creating a self-fulfilling prophecy, other ethnicities such as Chinese girls receive positive discrimination teachers thinking that they will be able to perform naturally higher(prenominal) than other students for example, thus putting added stress and pressure on the students.Though one c ould argue that the feature Asian girls excel is not due to positive discrimination but because their families, friends and societies value hard work, enlighten and educational achievement. It is however, very important to maintain high expectations for all students, no matter the race, social understate or ability. In the UK, there is evidence that points toward black Caribbean pupils being excessively moved into for lower level math and science exams at age 14.Strand (in press, cited in Twining 2012) has shown that black Caribbean students are the only ethnic group to be regularly under represented, relative to white students in entry to higher maths and science test tiers. Furthermore, this under-representation is not a by-product of their lower prior attainment nor of variances in gender, social class, and a wide range of contextual variables. Strand concludes it is possible that teachers conclusions of black Caribbean students academic possibility whitethorn be distorted b y observations of their behaviour as more challenging than it truly is.This may, in turn, lead to a inclination to miscalculate their academic capability (Twining 2012). While black Caribbean children (especially the males) have been consistently designate as being the underachievers in secondary level education, research has shown that white working class males actually make up around half of the number of low achieving school leavers (Kingdom and Cassen, 2007 Cassen and Kingdom 2007, cited in Twining, 2012).As Asthana (2010) convincingly states, Once it was a story of black and white, in which racial discrimination was a major driving force. But in tomorrows report, the story of ethnicity is a complicated one in which poor black boys underachieve, as do those from Irish Traveller families, but poor Chinese girls overachieve Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities see different outcomes to Indian ones and there is a growing group of mixed race children who in themselves have compl ex outcomes. Other issues students from other cultures face is the need to conform to British culture. I believe that the classroom would be a more efficient place to learn if students were allowed to incorporate knowledge from their cultures into it. Or perhaps teachers should be trained to understand other cultures and to try to teach students by referring to things they may have learnt in their communities.

MARKETING STUDYLITERATURE REVIEWCompetition outline crack a restaurant takes a lot of time and effort to be successful. One of the most important things to know when assessing the target market for a restaurant is who the competition is. The competition can range from fast food chains all the way to a high-class sitdown restaurant. Many people are in a rush at times or are too tired to cook for the family after work, which stabs them to eat out. These people then have to decide if they want inexpensive fast food or go to a sit-down restaurant to be serviced. That is why it is so important for restaurant owner to know who the target market is. Fast food restaurants target people in a hurry and that want an inexpensive meal, while sit-down restaurants target people that are there to take their time and be provided with right-hand(a) service (Brown, 1990). When assessing the competition Debruyne and Reibstein (2005) found it is important to know the technology and services that the competition has so that a company can keep up with them. Debruyne and Reibstein (2005) also went on to say that companies should consider approaches to cancel attracting competition to a new market. That is why having employees that can be trusted with company secrets is very important.Analysis of Potential Profit at that place are many things that need to be taken into consideration when project a companys potential income. The location of a restaurant can have a large effect on the amount of income that a restaurant obtains, which is why conclusion a good location for a restaurant is important (Coats, 1986). The better the location, the more people will know about it and want to stop in. Having a restaurant in a place where foot traffic is minacious can be beneficial to the restaurants success because people walkin g down the street could see the restaurant and decide to stop in and eat. In order to see how much money could be made, a business should develop projected financial statements so they can see how much the business would cost to run the restaurant (Newman, 2008). Besides projecting income and expenses, there are many other things that a restaurant owner should take into consideration when exhausting to figure out if the restaurant will be profitable.Sweasey (1987) found a restaurant had a better chance of being profitable if it has a creative menu. This is very important for a sit-down restaurant because potential customers could order food from a well-known place like Dominos Pizza, or a McDonalds. The key to success would be to offer many different types of food that would be unique to a particular restaurant. Another thing that indirectly bear upons a restaurants potential income is the relationship that the employees have with their managers (Davis, Schoorman, Mayer and Tan, 2000). Their study found that trust between management and employees can affect the restaurant financially because employees are willing to work harder for a manager that they can trust. A restaurants profit can also be affected by inventory control.Archibald, Betts, Johnston and Thomas (2002) stated that for a new business to survive it should be conservative with their inventory. This is very important with restaurants because there are many types of foods and ingredients that can go bad if not used in a short amount of time, which causes the restaurant to put up money from having to waste their inventory. The price of items on the menu is also very important according to Becker (1991). He found if prices of food are too high then customers will feel that they are being treated unfairly, which will keep them from coming back to the restaurant. It is important for a restaurant to have coherent customers because they will help bring in new business by telling others how good the r estaurant is.THE MARKETCity of TaclobanPeople that know the area and the invade of the people in the area tend to have more success operating a restaurant than people that do not know the area. Tacloban City is continually growing with new housing tracks recently built and some currently being constructed. The city is also rising in popularity and marketing towards becoming a tourist destination. Tacloban City has 3 large high schools and a junior college. Tacloban City restaurants also receive business from Channel Island students who live on campus and near campus that just want to get away from their area and eat somewhere nice.Tacloban City also attracts people to its downtown area with many places to shop and eat. Downtown seems to be a good location for a new restaurant because of the heavy foot traffic throughout the week. The city also has a shopping mall near downtown, which attracts even more people to the area. Tacloban City is known as a beach town as well, which helps bring more tourists to the city. A restaurant near the beach could be a good location assuming that people will see the restaurant on the way to the beach.III. TECHNICAL STUDYMETHODOLOGYProcedures for Data CollectionTo determine if a restaurant will be feasible, a projected income statement must be made to figure out if expenses will be covered and if profits can be made. This will be done by exhalation to different restaurants and talking to the owners and managers about the financial aspects of the restaurant along with how to run the operation smoothly. If the owners decide not to provide the financial information needed, then query online for standard restaurant financials will be placid. There will also be a survey made to determine Tacloban City demographics, and personal interests. The survey can also be used to determine what type of theme the restaurant should have. One other thing that will be used from the surveys is to determine the target market so that the restaurant can be marketed to those that would be most likely to try the new sit-down restaurant in Tacloban City.Procedure for Data AnalysisWhen the financial information is obtained, the data will be canvass and provide projected numbers for a new sit-down restaurant.Once the projected financial statements are made, there will be several tests to see if the restaurant will survive and be profitable. The study also assumes that the observations conducted will be an accurate measurement of the desirability of restaurants in Tacloban City.LimitationsThe study that was conducted will be ministrant to other cities in Leyte, but the actual analysis of the target market will be solely for Tacloban City due to the unique demographics of the city.IV. A projected income statement can be helpful when trying to determine if the restaurant has the ability to be successful. The income statement can also be used to help run the business properly and help the owners and managers be efficient at their job. The following income statement in slacken 1 was based off regimen Service Warehouses (2006) website of a take restaurants income statement for a week in Greenwood Village, CO. All numbers were then reckon 52 to give the financial information for the year as a whole. This information was adjusted using the rent as a base number to determine the rest of the expenses as well as the revenue.Rent typically goes for $2 a square foot in downtown Ventura. An e fficient restaurant size of 4,000 square feet was used to determine that rent would cost $96,000 a year. Further adjustments were made to bear the start-up cost of a restaurant, which is in the range of $300,000 to $500,000 (Rainsford and Bangs, 2001). The number used in this study was $300,000. After the outgrowth year was constructed, the revenues and expenses where increased by 2% due to inflation for the next two projected years. Changes in the income statement that are not held in consistency with the example income statement given were the equipment and hangouts expense for the first year which includes the start-up cost along with a $5,000 projected repairs expense. The next year only included the repair expense with respect to the number used for inflation. To determine the interest expense, an amortization schedule in Table 2 was made based on a five year, $300,000 loan with a 7% interest rate for the start-up cost of the company. Advertising and promotions expense where also added to the income statement do help promote the restaurants name, which is essential in the first few years of operation. A depreciation expense was added in to account for equipment and supplies. The depreciation expense was 28calculated by using the straight-line method for five years on the $165,920 for equipment and supplies. The number used for depreciable assets was calculated by taking the initial start-up cost and then subtracting any items that are not depreciable. A miscellaneous expense of $1,000 was also added in case of unforeseen costs that may fade throughout the year. A break-even analysis in Table 3 was then performed to determine how many meals would have to be sold to cover expense. The unit price was based on an average projected meal cost of $11 for the first year and then adding in inflation rates for the next two years. The number of meals that would need to be sold for the first three years to break-even would be 70,403, 42,770 and 42,416, respectively .29 Income StatementProjected Income StatementSales Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 provender 483, 487 485, 166 505, 028Wine 70, 668 72, 081 73, 523Liquor 58,488 60, 678 61, 871Beer 126, 464 128, 88 131, 573Beverages 3,744 3, 817 3, 875Total Sales 742,860 758, 737 773, 812SummaryThe data that was collected and analyzed from the 118 surveys collected proves the hypothesis to be correct by showing that people have a strong interest of trying a new restaurant Tacloban City. The hypothesis was also proven to be accurate through the projected income statement by showing that after the first year, the restaurant would start making a profit with the following years increasing in net income. The desirability of a new eating establishment by the people of Tacloban City appears to be high with 84% replying they would be likely try out a new restaurant. People who responded to the survey said service is the most important attribute of a restaurant which means the time of day staffing is most important wo uld be from 1100am to 200pm for lunch and 530pm to 800pm for dinner. The days of the week that more staff then usual would be needed is on Saturdays and Sundays due to the large amount of people that like to eat at restaurants and go downtown on these days. The target market for the restaurant according to MRI, Inc (2010) which was close to the results of the survey analysis are Caucasian women, who have attended or graduated from college, 25 to 54 years old who are employed full time in sales and office occupations or professional and related occupations, with an income of $80,000 or more and three to four people living in the household.ConclusionsThe best type of restaurant in respect to the results of the analysis would be a traditional American food restaurant with a slit of the menu being dedicated to ethnic food mainly including Mexican and Italian food. The type of bar the restaurant should have at night should be a dive bar with a motley of rock and roll, hip-hop and rap pl aying in the background. The average price for a meal should be around $11. The location of the restaurant should be downtown and preferably on Main Street nearplaces to shop. attainable places to expand would be near Ventura College or by Century Theatres. The best way to advertise for the bar would be running ads in the Ventura County Start newspaper or on radio stations and lucre radio stations that play rock and roll or hip-hop and rap.RecommendationsThis study shows that opening a new sit-down restaurant would be feasible in Tacloban City but further research of consumer trends of Tacloban City could be done to have a more accurate desirability of the restaurant market in Ventura. It would also help to have a strong background and work experience in the sit-down restaurant industry. Contacting and obtaining more financial information from restaurant owners or managers would also be helpful when conducting the financial analysis.Reference CitedArchibald, T.W., J.M. Betts, R.B. Looking for Methods Essay Example for Free

Looking for Methods EssayWith the rampant use of the inter net today, the students in todays generation get their resources from the world wide web. In effect, approximately of the resources are easily copy-pasted to the students word documents. It is very likely for them to be accused of plagiarism. Now research resources burn down still be integrated into paper works without the worry of plagiarizing. There are certain methods on how to properly reference point resources. First thing that would leave a writer out from damage is to cite their sources. Acknowledge the author of the source and then discuss the details of the specific source. It can be do through paraphrasing and quoting from the original source. The method of quoting first and then explaining what that specific passage is can also be effective. Quoting is a harmless way of integrating a source into ones work. The citation is very important as well. It is important to indicate page numbers and even line number s for the sake of references. Another severe method would be introducing the author and then following it with a brief summary (Alred, 2003, p. 153).An example would be Fear Itself falling off Life is written by Robert McElvaine and discusses how the Great Depression has hit Americans. It talks most how Americans in the early 20th century battle with starvation and unemployment, which affected a lot of Americans. Soon, the property helped them change to become a better person. The country has suffered the Great Depression in the 1930s. People got coalesce perceptions in this difficult time though (McElvaine, 1993, p. 23). Notice how the paragraph started with the authors name and immediately gives a minimise of the article he wrote. The importance of doing this right away in the first paragraph is for the sake of viscidity in writing. With proper citation, paraphrasing and summarizing research sources can be integrated into another persons writing without plagiarism.References Alred, G. (2003). Handbook of practiced Writing. program library Ict EssayIntroduction Rapid developments in learning and communication technologies (ICT) and their total application in all aspects of life have led to dramatic changes. These changes are so subverter that is not realistic to expect stability in their wake 1 . Information technology (IT) entered into libraries, curiously academic and research libraries, during the 1960s. Libraries employed IT to speed up their daily activities and reduce their operating costs. Many insistent activities were upgraded using IT 2 .IT allows integration of program library activities and increases efficiency and enables handlingrs to have remote approaching to information and rough the clock access. New technologies provide unlimited information from dissimilar sources and facilitate reformatting data from different sources 3. comment Ebijuwa and ToAnyakoha (2005) 4-5 define ICT as tools and as well as means used for collection, capture, process, storage, transmission and dissemination of information. The American Library Association (1983) 5 defines IT as the application of computers and other(a) technologies to the acquisition, organization, storage, retrieval and dissemination of information. The computers are used to process and store data, piece of music telecommunications technology provides information communication tools, which make it possible for users to access databases and link them other computer networks at different locations. IT and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) are used somewhat interchangeably. Objectives of the show The major objectives of this write up are 1. To identify the ICT infrastructure facilities available in the university libraries. 2.To identify the ICT found parcel implemented in the university libraries. 3. To find out the various types of electronic resources available in the university libraries. Methodology The study is based on the primary data collected from the establishment university libraries and deemed university libraries given in give in 1. confuse 1. List of University Libraries S. A structured questionnaire was designed to suffer data. The questionnaire was divided into four sections Hardware, software system, Technologies, and electronic Resources. Sixteen questionnaires were distributed among university librarians, of which 10 university librarians were responded (62.5%).Review of Literature Walmiki and Ramakrishnegowda (2009) 7 studied IC T infrastructures in university libraries of Karnataka and found that nigh of the libraries were ulack sufficient hardware, software facilities and do not have able internet nodes and bandwidth. The campus LANs were not fully extended to exploit the benefits of digital information environment. Ahmad and Fatima (2009) 8 found that researchers use a variety of ICT products and services for research and except remarked that ICT products help to findinformation, access information, manage, integrate, evaluate, create, and communicate information more easily. It was recommended that training be organized to increase the use of ICT-based products and services. Adeleke and Olorunsola (2010) 9 studied ICT and library operations found that ICT facilities were the major constraints facing libraries in the use of tools. Shafi-Ullah and Roberts (2010) 10 found that ICT infrastructure is infallible to make provide a research culture in higher education institutions and recommended allocating funds for ICT infrastructure.Etebu (2010) 11 studied ICT availability and found a situation that is not encouraging. Patil (2010) 12 found that users were not train to use ICT- based products and services and further recommended an ICT training programme to increase the use of ICT products and services. Conclusion and Recommendations. The application of ICTs are increasing in academic libraries, particularly in the university environment . Users expectations have increased due to developments in technologies. The study recommends the following The University Libraries must increase the song of computer available to enable the users to maximize the usage of ICT-based resources and services. The Digital Library Service is one of the most useful services in the university library. Users can access digital resources using a number of different open source digital library software packages. The libraries should implement digital library software. It is found that no library was implemented digitization software. It is very useful to digitize rare collections such as sometime(a) and out of print editions. References 1. Webster, F. (2001). A new politics. In Webster, F. An argument in favor of abortion supporting a womans right to freedom Essay Example for Free

An argument in favor of spontaneous spontaneous stillbirth supporting a adult females right to bring outdom EssayIs there ever a case, when ace and only(a) persons ghostly preference should be allowed to encroach on another persons right to brio, liberty and the sideline of happiness? Today many Americans justify their intrusion by siting Articles and Amendments to the Constitution of the United States. In particular, they utter of the impeccantdom of speech, religion, the right to bear arms, etcetera It seems as though the freedoms ar only valuable when everyone shares the alike(p) beliefs, morals, and values. But are these freedoms also guaranteed for those whose values may not be the aforesaid(prenominal) as the bulk? As Americans is it not possible to differ and hold different beliefs in pursuit of liberty? What makes one persons beliefs more valuable under the constitution than another person?A lot of people do not support abortion because they believe it is killing do by. When most abortions occur, which in the first trimester a flock of cells or a less than half ounce foetus is not anywhere close to a definition of an actual bumble. (4) Scientists use the term fetus and not a baby because a baby could be born and survive come onside the mothers womb(4) and a fetus could not. A fetus is nowhere near ready to live outside the mothers womb and There is no unfeigned functioning brain, therefore no real humanity. (4) So in reality abortions do not eject babies, they terminate a fetus that could not survive outside the mothers womb.Another soil people are not for abortion is that of religious beliefs. Some believe that terminating any form of life in the mothers womb is wrong no matter the reason and Those religiously argue to abortion in the first two trimesters are free not to have them.(9) Just because abortion is legal does not mean people are going to be rampd to go out and participate in them. Abortion being legal does not impose on anyones rights or make anyone do anything they do not deficiency to do. Therefore, if abortion goes against someones religious beliefs they are free not to go and get one.People who do not want abortion legalized dialogue about how it goes against their religion but what about the religion of the woman partaking in the abortion? Not everyone has the same beliefs or sees things the same as others. By trying to make abortion illegal it infringes on citizens rights. If my brothers and sisters in the United Church of Christ, who do not see the bible they way you see it, are free to make their own choices isnt that freedom of religion too? (9) People cannot talk about how abortion imposes on the pro-choices religion without talking about the religious freedom of the woman undergoing the procedure. If a womans beliefs tell her to do what is best for herThe last topic is how making abortion illegal will egress away a womans right by forcing her to stay pregnant. There are con fused reasons why a woman chooses to have an abortion. Whether it is because the woman is not ready for kids emotionally or financially, the baby was produced by rape or incest, or she simply just may not want kids and etc. For people who are pro-choice If your side ever wins, then my daughter and her daughter will be forced to stay pregnant, when their life circumstances would be much better served if they could safely terminate the fetus(7) So for people out there who are wanting abortion to illegal, in a sense, they want a woman to be forced to be pregnant even if that is not what is best for the woman. If abortion stays legal we havent forced your daughter or her daughter after her, to do anything against their will. (7) By keeping abortion legal no ones rights will be infringed on and no one is forced to do anything they do not want to do. The same cannot be said if abortion was do illegal. In conclusion, abortions do not terminate babies it terminates fetuses. If abortion go es against someones religious beliefs they are free not to have them but do not forget about the religious freedom of the woman undergoing the abortion. People who do not support abortion will never be forced to do something against their will whether its legal or illegal but making abortion illegal will force a woman to stay pregnant against their will. These were just a few reasons why I hypothesise abortion should stay legal.
